Description
Specification
- Each Rose Bengal sterile strip is individually wrapped and impergnated with 1.5mg of Rose Bengal.
- These strips are used as a diagnostic agent in routine ocular examinations or when superficial Conjunctiva or Corneal tissue change is suspected.
- Rose Bengal ophthalmic strips can also serve as an effective aid in the diagnosis of Keratoconjunctivitis sicca, keratitis, abrasions or corrosion as well as the detection of foregin bodies.
- Rose Bengal Strips are used as a diagnostic agent in routine ocular examinations or when superficial Conjunctiva or Corneal tissue change is suspected.
For optimal results
- Patients should blink several times after application.
- Moisten the tip of the strip by 1 to 2 drops of sterile water or sterile ophthalmic irrigating solution.
- Touch the Fornix or Conjunctiva gently by the wet tip.
